Hi! I'm Oli

Life long traveller and full time yogi.

My yoga journey has started 6 years ago when I visited buddhist temple in South Korea. We've had a chance to experience monks life, waking up with them, doing the walking meditations, learning mantras and appreciating food and the sounds around. Since then I have been practicing yoga and meditation, developing my knowledge and learning the "yogic world" in depth on a daily basis.

I am officially certified hatha-vinyasa yoga teacher (RYT 200,  Yoga Alliance.org) offering classes online and offline for groups, individuals as well as corporate clients.

Day by day I keep developing in this sphere learning about the history, physiology, anatomy and philosophy of yoga and meditation.

Within YogaTravelThoughts blog I am sharing my personal thoughts and experiences, memories and advice. As for the yoga - I like to speak about it a in simple way - I aspire to show that yoga is for everyone and it is not about fancy poses or philosophical phrases which are hard to get, but about simple connection of mind, body and breath, which brings physical and mental benefits. I am also curious to observe the meaning of yoga in Western world - its appearance, influence and the way it evolves in the western tradition.

Let's see where adventure takes us from here!
